Level 3: Master
Executive mastery for leaders and star performers. Ideal if you want to up your game and stand out in your industry. It’s the ultimate total package for achievers.

What is accessible in each level?
In every level you get unlimited access to the videos, tools and blueprints at your level, whether Quickstart, Pro or Master class. This makes it easy to study, review and build new skills.
What is needed to upgrade to the next level?
At any time you can upgrade from Quickstart to Pro; or Pro to Master level. Just log in and change your preferences in the hassle-free order form.
When is the class available?
All on-demand courses are available 24/7, every day of the year.
What is needed to log-on?
All that is needed is an Internet connection. Sign up for the class, enter your information and in a few moments, you’ll get an email with login instructions.
Will I need to register separately for each year?
Registration is easy and you only need to do it one time per year. Your PayPal account or credit card will be billed, as shown on the order form. Sign up once and you’re good to go, without any hassle or new forms to fill out. To sign up for next year, just click renew and you’ll be billed for a new year.
What if I don’t have time to do everything in 12-months?
Stay as long as you like. The member classes are jam-packed with videos, techniques and handy blueprints. You may want to continue to learn, review and study. Just extend your yearly registration and continue learning for as long as you like.
What if I register and later need to cancel?
We understand that things change. Your initial registration provides one-year access to the on-demand class level of your choice. If you need to cancel your registration, you can stop at any time. You will not be billed until you sign up again.

You can shop anytime of the day or night. Our store is open 24/7, every day of the year.
What payment options are accepted?
Payment is convenient and secure with Pay Pal and every major credit card. If paying by credit card, you will see “Presentation Storyboarding” on your billing statement.
What is the shopping cart process?
Click to select products from their description page, by clicking: “Add to Cart.” Please be aware, you can change quantity and change selection up until checkout. Products can be added, changed, removed or selected up until you choose to check out. Note: shopping is secure, private and protected.

What are sales and return terms?
Return terms: We offer a 30-day learning guarantee on all online classes and products. Please contact us within 30 days of your invoice date if you are not 100% satisfied with any product. We are not able to accept returns on discounted items or scratched, dented or damaged items.
Frequently Asked Questions About Seminars and Bootcamps
What are the times for seminars?
All of our check-in registrations begin at 8:30 a.m. All seminars begin at 9 a.m. and end at 4 p.m. Some seminars are one day; others are two day. Please check dates and locations for details.
Is lunch provided?
Lunch is on your own unless specifically stated. Generally lunch is between 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. Seminar locations are selected to be conveniently located, with eating locations at the facility or nearby.
Is my training considered a professional education deduction?
Training and professional education guidelines and regulations vary from industry to industry. Please contact your accountant for complete details.
What if I register and later need to cancel?
We understand that sometimes circumstances arise that make it necessary to cancel. You may send someone else in your place. If this is not possible, you can cancel up to 30 days prior to the event and your registration fee will be refunded, less $100 charge.
If we receive your cancellation less than 30 days in advance, you can receive a credit for another one of our seminars of equal value. Please call us at 1-800-773-3729 in the U.S. or 1-415-383-0246.
What are the times for Presentation Bootcamps?
Our Bootcamp is 2 days. The full days start at 9 a.m. and end at 4 p.m. In some cases, we offer an additional half-day. This half-day starts at 9 a.m. and ends at 12 p.m. Please check for dates and locations for details.
Is video rehearsal included in the Bootcamp?
Video rehearsals are an important part of select Bootcamps. In some Bootcamps, we offer video rehearsals. In these sessions, you will get your video practice session on DVD and can choose to work in-depth for personal coaching after the Bootcamp. Please check specific Bootcamp agendas for details.
Are there group discounts for Seminars and Bootcamps?
Contact our office at 415-383-0246 to discuss group discounts for 3 or more people from one organization. For groups of 10 or more, please call us to discuss discounts and customized options.
